Qi Gong and Taiji Quan are two ancient arts which have been used for health cultivation for centuries. Both are gentle and suitable for a wide range of students, with a range of abilities. Regular practice has been shown to improve sleep, digestion, energy, flexibility, emotional balance and more!
Classes are offered through Great Blue Heron Qi Gong & Taiji Quan,which teaches the Da Lan Lu Qi Gong system and several styles of Taiji Quan, including Wu Hao and Yang style.
